We ship from a warehouse in Oakland, California. Orders placed before 1pm PT on a business day usually ship same-day; everything else ships the next business day.
We ship to all 50 states, plus APO/FPO addresses. Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as your label is generated.
We currently ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and New Zealand. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your package is delayed, damaged, or arrives looking like it lost a fight with the planet, email hello@gardenkitchenhome.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right — replacement, refund, or store credit, whatever works for you.
When a product is offered on pre-order, we list the expected ship date on the product page. If that date slips by more than a week, we'll email you with options including a no-questions refund.
