The Indeire Shower Caddy is built around a promise: it will not rust. If at any point — five, ten, twenty years from now — yours does, send us a photo and we'll replace it. No receipt required. No questions about how you used it. If it rusted, we built it wrong, and that's on us.
All non-caddy products are covered for one year against defects in materials or manufacturing. This doesn't cover normal wear (linen will soften, brass will patina — those are features, not defects).
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos. We'll ship a replacement at no cost, and you don't need to return the damaged item.
